Choosing the right career path, where you will study and what course to enrol in is one of the most important decisions you will ever make.

So to help you with this critical decision, the Australian International Hotel School offers Career Focus Days:  a three-day residential programs for people considering the industry aged 16 and over. These programs gives you the unique opportunity to learn about our school, experience our industry and explore possible career paths.

Career Focus Days will be held during 2010 on:

Tuesday 20th – Thursday 22nd April

Monday 12th – Wednesday 14th July

Tuesday 5th – Thursday 7th October

Monday 29th November – Wednesday 1st December

Get to know us

During Career Focus Days, you will have the opportunity to meet many of the lecturers, attend classes and get involved in hands-on training activities. What better way to learn about our program, our industry and experience the school! You will have the chance to meet and talk with our students from all over the world. Current students will be involved in the program ensuring that all participants’ have the opportunity to receive first hand feedback on what it is like to be an AIHS student.

The Career Focus Days program will give you an overview of the academic programs taught at AIHS including the practical training components of the programs in the Hotel Kurrajong and the exciting opportunities for fully paid placements throughout the world.

A unique aspect of the AIHS Career Focus Days program is the opportunity to speak first hand with industry professionals and take a behind the scene tour of an international hotel. You will be given privileged back-of-house access to all operational areas of the Hotel Kurrajong.

If you enrol, we pay back your CFD fees

All students who attend Career Focus Days and subsequently enrol at AIHS will receive a credit of their Career Focus Days fees towards their Level 1 tuition costs.
