Master of Hotel Management

The Master of Hotel Management is a two year program which includes a combination of theoretical and practical application. The practical application will allow students to gain hands-on experience within the commercially run Hotel Kurrajong. Students then follow with a period of industry training to consolidate practical skills before returning to the academic requirements of the course.

The Master is made up of our Certificate and Diploma programs plus an additional six months of academic study, including practical requirement, culminating in the Master in Hotel Management.
