Hotel Kurrajong The Hotel Kurrajong is a superbly restored heritage listed building operated by the Australian International Hotel School. As Canberra’s premier boutique hotel the Hotel Kurrajong is a superb “real world training laboratory” for AIHS students completing the Bachelor of Business (Hotel Management) program. Students complete a three-month internship — a structured training experience in the Hotel Kurrajong. The boutique environment of the Hotel Kurrajong enables students to gain experience in all areas of hotel operation and exposure to providing personal service to both corporate and leisure guests. The award-winning Hotel Kurrajong offers 26 rooms, a brassiere style restaurant, terrace dining, bar and function rooms for all occasions. |
