If any intellectual property comes into existence as a result of joint efforts with The Australian International Hotel School intellectual ownership shall be as then agreed by the parties or in default of agreement as tenants in common in equal shares.

Australian International Hotel School  logo and all other online images and graphics are the property of the school.
