| One of the fastest growing industries in the worldThere are many exciting international career options for graduates to pursue in this growth industry that is predicted to account for 8.4% of all jobs (or 1 in every 11.8 jobs) globally by 2019. The contribution of Travel & Tourism to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is expected to rise from 9.4% (US$5,474 bn) in 2009 to 9.5% (US$10,478 bn) by 2019. Real GDP growth for the Travel & Tourism economy is expected to average 4.0% per annum over the coming 10 years.
